All the request that are made from serial no. 11.2 to 11.7 will be available for download in this module. In order to do this, click on ‘TRACES Information> Download Requested File’ :-
The following screen will get displayed:
The necessary credentials have to be provided and click on ‘Login’
All the requests made will be available in the grid, click on ‘Download’ button to download and extract the required file.
Select the desired folder in which the file will get downloaded and click on ‘OK’
Once the file is downloaded, the system will prompt the option, whether to extract the TDS/TCS certificates.
In order to extract the certificates, click on ‘Yes’.
2 options will be provided:
- Generate Certificates – On selecting this, the certificates will get generated without being digitally signed.
- Generate Digitally Signed Certificates (DSC required) – On selecting this, the certificates will get generated with digitally signature. DSC would be required for the same.
In this case option 1 is selected.
Click on ‘Proceed’.
Message indicating that extraction of the TDS/TCS certificates is complete. It also specifies the location and the name of folder where these certificates are stored.
All the downloaded certificates are displayed here.
In this case option 2 i.e. Generate Digitally Signed Certificates (DSC required), is selected.
Click on* ‘Proceed’*.
Enter the PIN of the DSC
Click on ‘OK’
